Alma Mater Honors Former SHS Board Member

Katherine Hermansen, a former SHS board member, is receiving a 2008 Distinguished Achievement Award from the University of Wisconsin’s College of Engineering in late October. The College makes these awards to celebrate outstanding accomplishments by UW-Madison College of Engineering alumni, and to recognize the alumni who achieved those accomplishments. The award will be presented in Madison on October 24th, during the 61st Annual Engineers’ Day festivities.

Katherine is currently the Vice President of Clinical Performance Excellence at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in Glendale, Wisconsin. She graduated from the Industrial and Systems Engineering department of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1986. Please join us in congratulating Katherine for receiving this esteemed honor.
