Overview
The Introduction to Theory of Constraints (TOC) Flow Solutions is an overview of Goldratt’s TOC Flow Solutions Certificate Program. During this two-hour presentation, you will learn the foundations of Theory of Constraints, such as the five focusing steps and why they are important. Rami will bring these concepts to life with global case studies across industries and engage the audience with exercises leaders can repeat with their teams the next day.
Although it is a preview, participants will gain takeaways and insights useful for framing challenges and obstacles to growth through a new lens, including a side-by-side comparison of cost and throughput accounting examples.
This presentation is best suited for divisional and organizational leaders who have the ability to send their teams and influence their business from a system perspective.
