Part 2 of case study on inventory solutions via cloud technology

This is Part 2 of a case study solving a supply chain inventory problem. The first part in the September issue of ISE (link.iise.org/isesept24_banerjee) detailed the company’s supply chain process followed by its system landscape. It then highlights the inventory reconciliation, visibility, and governance problem which is intertwined with the manufacturing processes and archaic data warehousing technology. A five-step business change process methodology was adopted and innovated to solve the problem.
