Tips on interviewing for information during a project
Whether investigating a root cause analysis problem or
talking to an experienced mechanic about an assembly
line, there is often a need to interview for information
during a project. This can be a very useful way of
understanding the actual work conditions and getting
details from the individuals who perform the work.
It is important to verify this information with actual
production data, and to understand the timeline of the
issues that are identified.
