Inaction can be a testament to enduring success

In March ( link.iise.org/isemarch2025_kirpes), I wrote not to mistake busy for productive. Here is a slightly different take on a similar perspective. Many ISEs are wired to do more, be more, achieve more, and primarily make things better. However, doing nothing is sometimes the greatest testament to enduring success.
