Solving our problem of solving problems
Like many of you, I have been helping others solve problems and attempting to solve my own for many years. Additionally, I continue to invest time attempting to improve my own problem-solving skills. Unfortunately, my observations and research indicate that too many
people don’t do this. For too many years, we have continued to use vintage problem-solving processes and tools on persistent problems that seem to never go away. How can we solve this?
