What leads to success in 5S?
A colleague who has direct knowledge of the work I
have done with organizations over the years recently
asked me, “What has led to your organization’s
success in the 5S mission?” This particular colleague
was looking to implement 5S (sort, set in order, shine,
standardize, sustain) across a number of other facilities
and was looking to develop a case study for those other
businesses to have as reference. Here is what I shared.
