It can be challenging to enter the workforce as a young professional. However, there are seven great habits young professionals can develop to find success.

Scott Sink will moderate a panel of esteemed presenters who will share lessons and tips on how to get out of the gate fast and distinguish yourself very early in your professional career. The panelists will explain the importance of forming good habits and discuss how IISE can help young professionals develop their own. Sink will also provide a summary of a survey recently completed by the Industry Advisory Board (IAB) that highlights perceived gaps in young professionals.

Jared Dunlap will overview the purpose, goals and initiatives for the Young Professionals Group.
 
Jared Frederici will discuss his first five years as a young professional and provide tips on do’s and don’ts.
