Tarun Mohan Lal
Tarun Mohan Lal is the vice president of analytics and solutions at Atrium Health Navicent. He is an experienced healthcare leader within engineering, analytics, and healthcare administration with a passion for digitization and innovation in healthcare. He was appointed as assistant professor of Healthcare Systems Engineering and assistant
professor of healthcare administration by Mayo Clinic College of Medicine for his academic and research contributions.

Lauren Todd
Lauren Todd is the chief staffing officer and director of staffing efficiency for HCA Healthcare's Parallon. She works to optimize the organization’s staffing and identify areas for improvement. Previously, she worked as director of strategic planning and business development for Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City, Utah. She also has
manufacturing and consulting experience with GE.

Elizabeth Gentry
Elizabeth Gentry, Ph.D. is a solution value analyst at Philips working within the hospital patient monitoring team. She received her black belt in Six Sigma from IISE. She previously worked for the University of Louisville as an assistant professor of industrial engineering and CHRISTUS Health working in healthcare process improvement.

Aaron Kanne
Aaron Kanne is the executive director, project execution office at Care Logistics, located in Alpharetta, GA. He received his B.S. in industrial and management systems engineering from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln, and his master's degree in health systems engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He currently
serves as an SHS board member and has been an active member of SHS since 2008 and IIE since 2001. He is also PMP Certified through the Project Management Institute and has been since 2010.

Cody Hall
Cody Hall currently serves as the system director of clinical performance improvement for Health First, an IDN in Central Florida. Cody is a 2011 graduate of West Virginia University's industrial engineering program and will complete their Healthcare MBA program in May. Cody has served SHS on multiple committees as a committee chair and currently
serves on the Board of Directors supporting the conference committee. He and his wife Amy have been married for 8 years, and they have two daughters, Palmer (5) and Charley (2).

Valerie Boelman
Valerie Boelman is the AVP of process improvement and engineering at UnityPoint Health - Des Moines. Valerie is currently an SHS Board member and Diplomate. She holds a master's degree in healthcare engineering from Texas Tech University and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State University.

Jennifer Percival
Jennifer Percival is the associate dean of the Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts, Lowell. She received her B.Math (operations research) and Ph.D. (management sciences) from the University of Waterloo. Her research focuses on the effective integration of technology in organizational processes in higher education and healthcare.

Ali Hobbs
Receiving my BS/MS in IE at Clemson, I realized the importance of IEs in healthcare. I have over 5 years experience consulting in hospitals. Currently, I am a project manager for the Facility Activation Solutions team at CBRE. Working with SHS, I realized we have a large group of students and professionals who are passionate about healthcare and want to
make it better. I'm excited to help!

James Rawson
James Rawson is vice chair of operations and special projects at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center Radiology and a senior lecturer at Harvard Medical School. He is the lead for Applied Engineering and Creating Value in Clinical Operations at the Center for Healthcare Delivery Science and is a Baldrige Examiner.

Neal Moriconi
Neal Moriconi is a resource manager for Omnicell Inc. where he enables professional services through staffing and balancing fatigue and draws on data to tell business stories. Neal has a master's in industrial engineering from UCF after earning bachelor's degrees from Virginia Tech; he and his family live in Orlando.

Dustin Kuchera
Dustin Kuchera is a transformational leader who enables strategy, growth, and change in healthcare. Leveraging over a decade of healthcare experience, Dustin leads Mayo Clinic’s consulting services in Arizona, Florida, and Digital Healthcare. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt.

Bianca Garcia
Bianca Garcia serves as the transplant quality manager for Emory Healthcare in Atlanta. She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with a B.S. in industrial engineering. Bianca has previously served as the SHS Conference Chair for the Healthcare Systems Process Improvement Conference 2018.
