Jeff Zornitzky shares a methodology that is called Stakeholder Value Exchange Management.  In this case the ‘stakeholder’ is the employee.  This method is akin to CRM but represents an advanced maturity Customer Value Exchange System, more advanced than many current Customer Relationship Management systems. 

Dr. Sink worked with Jeff a number of years ago with this methodology and he felt it would be of interest to our new IISE Community members.
